Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through OpsTemplate Hub, including one-time template packs, bundles, and the OpsHub Pro subscription. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms and to our Template License Agreement.

1. Digital products — no refunds

All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Because Templates are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and copied, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed. You confirm your understanding of this policy via a checkbox before payment.

2. Subscriptions (OpsHub Pro)

• OpsHub Pro is billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the current billing period and is not prorated.
• We may change subscription pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

3. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any sales tax required by law will be shown and applied at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

Templates are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment via your download page, which lists each template and a “Download All as ZIP” option. A receipt is emailed automatically by Stripe.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Templates is governed by the License Agreement. Reselling or redistributing the Templates is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

Templates are provided “as is” for reference only and may require modification for your circumstances. OpsTemplate Hub is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Consult an attorney for legal documents.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
